When you need socks and underwear...

Love says “Here ya go!”

Friends of New Thing have given generously

so our “Response of the Heart” team in Belarus could provide basic necessities for the homeless of Minsk.

Basics like socks, underwear, toiletries, etc.

The team also provides free legal help for those who’ve lost their documentation.

(In Belarus, your passport is your only ticket to many social services.)

It’s a joy to report that our “Response of the Heart” co-founder Lydia Danielevna, at 84, is still at work.

Here she’s in a shelter for the homeless, sharing aid and embracing those who have been rejected by much of society.
